IX-A, Sec. 7: each Commission decides by a majority vote of all its Members 'within sixty days from the date of its submission for decision or resolution', and, unless otherwise provided by the Constitution or by law, its decision 'may be brought to the Supreme Court on certiorari by the aggrieved party within thirty days from receipt of a copy thereof.'

What is in the free reviewer
